Financial Analyst

What you need to succeed:
Four year accounting/finance/business degree required. MBA, CPA or CMA a plus.
Two years accounting experience required. Co-op experience is acceptable.
Must be self-starting/self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Good communication skills including the ability to interact with other levels of management and staff.
Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
Experience in JD Edwards, Hyperion, Kronos and PeopleSoft, a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
